Rebecca Daly is the Senior Human Resources Manager based in Jersey at Baker & Partners.
Rebecca is a HR professional, with over 20 years of Human Resources experience. Skilled in all HR disciplines, Rebecca has a particular interest in employee relations, employment law and the operational function of HR.
Rebecca’s HR experience spans across both the public and private sector – the latter being the most recent with more than 16 years working in the Finance industry, covering several jurisdictions including Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, and the Cayman Islands before joining Baker and Partners.
Rebecca is a forward-thinking, engaging and supportive Manager who is passionate about Human Resources being inclusively recognised as a value-adding core function of the firm.
