Nicosia was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in the Cayman Islands in March 2015. She is a Senior Associate at Baker & Partners (Cayman) with a focus on dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency.

Nicosia graduated from the University of Ottawa, Canada in 2007 and continued her education at BPP University College in London where she achieved a Graduate Diploma in Law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Prior to joining Baker & Partners in September 2021 she worked as an Associate at a large international law firm in both their Hong Kong and Cayman Islands offices with a wide-ranging practice covering general civil litigation, restructuring and insolvency, international trusts and private client and complex cross-border disputes.
