Amy specialises in all types of trusts disputes, including acting for beneficiaries and trustees. Her experience ranges across administrative actions as well as contentious trust matters. She understands the personal relationships, which have often been strained by the dispute, in a trust context. She has a broad practice dealing with insolvency matters, property disputes, and commercial disputes.
