Baker Regulatory Services announces Zoe Dixon-Smith as Managing Director in Jersey
Baker Regulatory Services provides regulatory advice, assurance and training across all aspects of regulation and financial crime prevention.
From 1 August 2024, Zoe Dixon-Smith has taken on the role of Managing Director. A Fellow of the International Compliance Association, Zoe joined Baker Regulatory Services in February 2024 having worked in offshore financial services for over 30 years, including three years at the Jersey Financial Services Commission as a Regulatory Supervisor. She has many years’ of hands-on practical experience having held the roles of Executive Director, MLRO, MLCO and Compliance Officer at multi licenced regulated financial institutions as well as experience at an international level as Group Head of Risk and Compliance at multi-jurisdictional institutions.
Speaking on her promotion, Zoe commented:

Barry Faudemer remains as Chief Executive Officer of Baker Regulatory Services and will continue to provide consultancy utilising his unique insight into the AML/CFT threats and current challenges facing businesses.
